Adam Scheckman is active in Rich & Henderson's transactional, regulatory, and litigation practices, including with respect to environmental, administrative, business, zoning and land use, and contracts law.
Prior to joining Rich & Henderson, Adam served as a law clerk for McGregor Legere & Stevens, P.C., one of New England’s oldest private environmental law firms. As a law clerk, Adam regularly worked on cases in land use and permitting.
Adam received a J.D. and M.S. in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont and a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland. While in law school, Adam served as a legal intern for the Conservation Law Foundation, an environmental law nonprofit, as well as a clinician for his law school’s Environmental Justice Clinic. Adam is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Massachusetts.
