Property Condemnation

Our attorneys represent private land owners and businesses in eminent domain proceedings. We assert and protect the rights of property owners in government takings which are unconstitutional. When a condemnation proceeding is supported by the law, we work hard to ensure our clients receive fair compensation for their property.
