Tim Henderson has focused his practice on environmental law and natural resource law since 1980.  His practice concentrates on regulatory compliance counseling, hazardous and solid waste, environmental permitting, air quality, transactional and enforcement matters.  Prior to forming the firm in 1993 with Warren Rich, Tim worked for the Environmental Law Institute in Washington, D.C., EPA Region II in New York City and in private practice in New York City and Washington, D.C. 

Tim received a B.A. degree in Environmental Science from State University of New York at Purchase in 1976, an M.S. in Land Resources in 1980 and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980.  He is a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia, New York and Wisconsin Bars.
