Warren Rich was Assistant Attorney General and Counsel to the Secretary for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources from 1970 to 1977. Over his career he has focused on a wide variety of environmental areas, including water quality and pollution control, hazardous waste, air quality, land planning and zoning, and natural resources. Warren received his A.B. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1960 and a J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1964. He is a member of the New York and Maryland Bars. | ||||||||
