Aminah Famili practices in the areas of environmental, natural resources, land use, administrative and commercial law. Aminah frequently counsels clients on environmental compliance and permitting matters pertaining to wetland and critical area regulations, hazardous and solid waste management, and water quality and pollution control. Aminahis also involved in the firm's litigation practice, assisting individuals and companies in filing or defending against environmental and land use matters. In addition, she advises clients in responding to government investigations and enforcement actions under CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act and equivalent state laws.

Aminah received a B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Temple University in 2007and a J.D., cum laude, with a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2010. Aminah is admitted to practice before the Maryland Bar.
